I started my career as a software developer. Soon after I switched to a business analyst role. Talking to a friend, I was very fascinated by how ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ approached client problems. I joined ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ (India) in 2010 and rejoined ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ (Australia) in 2017.

I have worked in the product delivery space across multiple industries such as retail, telco, financial services and the energy sector. I enjoy immersing myself in the complex and ambiguous business ecosystem of client organizations, which invokes my curiosity to define paths forward. As part of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥â€™ Digital Transformation and Operations, I focus on creating sustainable teams, organization designs for clients and harnessing a product mindset to bridge the gap between technology, product, marketing, sales and customers.

I am a passionate student of Japanese lean methods to support my work - Obeya to ensure alignment in work, Hoshin Kanri (Lean Value Tree) for strategy and Kanban to manage complex work.
