I joined ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ in 2005 and built a strong background in custom software delivery using various agile methodologies for clients across theÌýglobe. I then headed up the talent development space for ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ India for 3+ years and led several initiatives to strengthen the learning culture and employee growth in ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥. In 2020 I joined the Digital Transformation and Operations team with the objective of distilling this experience and bringing it to clients who are setting up or expanding their digital businesses.
